Something “Big Fun” is headed to Brownsville. This May, the Camille Playhouse invites you to step into the hallowed, treacherous halls of Westerberg High for a production of Heathers: The Musical. (Camille Playhouse, 2026)

Based on the 1988 cult classic film, this rock musical follows Veronica Sawyer, a brainy misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at school: the Heathers. But as Veronica quickly learns, being part of the “it-girls” comes with a price—one that her mysterious new boyfriend, J.D., is willing to pay in blood.
